About Asurion

If you ask us, technology is pretty amazing. Every day, it transforms what people can do and simplifies how we do it.

Technology is everywhere, so we are too! With offices all over the globe, our 19,000 employees are equipped to help our customers stay connected.

By using cutting-edge innovation, we are always finding better ways of helping customers get the most out of their own tech. With a proactive spirit and passion for what we do, we help our 300 million customers unlock the potential of technology—to help make their lives a little easier, every day.

At our core, we are all about our people. Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion sets us apart from other employers. We embrace the uniqueness of our employees and recognize their diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.

We have been named a 2019 DiversityInc Noteworthy Company in recognition of our rising national leadership in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. And earlier this year, we received a perfect score of 100 on the 2019 Corporate Equality Index, administered by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation.

Our employees have voted us a Top Workplace in the Nashville area for the past five years in a row, and we have been certified as A Great Place to Work® for the last two consecutive years.

Plus, Asurion's Compassion Forward program celebrates and encourages community involvement. We promote educational opportunities and support our Asurion team members during times of need.

National Pride Month is incredibly exciting for our Pride ERG. The group held membership drives at 11 Asurion sites, grew its membership by 36 percent, and participated in the Nashville Equality Walk.

More than 120 Asurion team members joined in our 10th annual Fore Fun golf tournament, benefitting Compassion Forward (our collective philanthropic efforts as a company, including a fund that benefits our own team members in times of crisis).

Our downtown Nashville office was designed to encourage collaboration. Leaders here have an “open door” policy, meaning they don't sit in offices, but sit in open space cubes, just like all employees.

Employees take the latest connected devices for a spin in our lab, which is set up just like a customer's home.
