KnowBe4, Inc. is a high growth information security company. We are the provider of the world's largest new-school security awareness training and simulated phishing platform. KnowBe4 was created to help organizations manage the ongoing problem of social engineering. Tens of thousands of organizations worldwide use KnowBe4's platform to mobilize their end users as a last line of defense and enable them to make better security decisions, every day.
KnowBe4 is a great place to work because "fun" is part of our valued company mission. In fact, the company's three rules are: 1) do it right the first time 2) do it fast and 3) have fun while you do it. From company outings to in-house celebrations, we are always looking for ways to encourage a positive, thriving working environment and we have a team dedicated to making this vision a reality. Our employees love to work here for several reasons, mainly because they are engaged on a daily basis and valued as stakeholders of our company.
At KnowBe4, we really go all out for Halloween! Everyone dresses up in costumes and we all parade to local coffee shops where the CEO buys us coffee! Each department decorates their space and we have tons of different contests for best costume, best cubicle and more!
Our Ugly Sweater and Beard Decorating Contests were such a blast! First prize for the ugly sweater went to a Knowster whose sweater was an entire Christmas tree! It came complete with present shoes, a tree top hat and a tree skirt around her feet!
At KnowBe4 philanthropy is in our DNA! We hosted a school supplies drive to help our local teachers and students at Sandy Lane Elementary, Oak Grove Middle and Clearwater High School. We've also done a cat and dog donation and adoption drive, a breast cancer fundraiser, a trash cleanup, holiday gifts for children in need, and more!
Our Winter Holiday Carnival was so much fun! We brought a full carnival to the downtown area to host a private KnowBe4 party. The event included free carnival food, prizes, rides and fireworks! Most employees agreed it was the best holiday party they had ever experienced!
