"Work hard, play hard!" is a phrase heard often around the Geneva office. Here, the team gathers to celebrate a sales goal achieved with a little fun in the sun! The reward: a day of outdoor fun complete with cocktails and an inflatable obstacle course at a nearby resort!
Geneva Capital is extremely passionate about giving back. We host two monthly events aimed at giving back: Community Reinvestment Lunch and Community Reinvestment Happy Hour. For these events, 3-5 employees team up to provide either a lunch or appetizers and cocktails for the rest of the team. Each employee that attends makes a free-will donation, with a company match…x2! Funds are then donated to the beneficiary of the organizers' choosing.
Team input is highly valued at Geneva! In fact, the team is incentivized to submit "Bright Ideas" aimed at improving the organization. The management team chooses the ideas with the largest impact and awards Geneva Bucks to those individuals at our monthly team meetings.
