National Women's Day - We had a company outing with the employees that could make it. It happened to also be International Women's Day!
Crazy Socks - One of our team member's son has Down syndrome. Every year on March 21st (3.21 for the 3rd copy of the 21st chromosome) our entire team (no matter what client meetings you have) wears their crazy socks! For every pair of socks our employees wear we donate $5 to their organization. We also encourage our clients to participate as well.
Creative Dash - We spend 24 hours with the entire team doing a complete rebrand of a nonprofit organization with all aspects of our marketing wheel. Branding, events, media, strategy, etc.
