Building trust is a key ingredient in our recipe for success in keeping our people and others safe. Management achieves this by encouraging and modeling two-way communication with all employees. To help support this effort we have a minimum requirement for regular one on one meetings monthly, invest in leadership training and development, conduct daily team huddles on the job site and shop. We use Personalisys as a guide to help inform how to best work together.
