The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

Our company uses the Four Disciplines of Execution management strategy that involves each employee on a Wildly Important Goal team. This tool has been instrumental in helping to solidify our team and engage them in key decisions for the organization.
