Founded in 2002 by Jim Reedy and his wife, Debi, Reedy and Company has grown from being a small local realtor group to a full-service property management company overseeing 900+ Investor portfolios and almost 3,300 doors. We have achieved this by working within a set of reputable and duplicatable systems to insure accountability throughout ownership to include tenant screening and placement, timely rent collection, dependable communication, experience, and ongoing education to remain at the top of our industry as technologies and resources change.
