Our modern, open-space working environment allows for team members to exchange ideas, connect, collaborate and build relationships. And, our “Dress For Your Day” practice allows for flexibility and team member empowerment to wear what makes sense for their day.
In order to foster a culture of sustainable high performance, we offer resources and support to our employees in 4 key areas to support personal growth: movement, mindset, nutrition and recovery. We work to support our employees by encouraging healthy behaviors, providing team members with on-site opportunities for exercise, meditation / reflection, access to wholesome snacks, and time to have fun and re-charge.
Also, in the spirit of becoming lean and agile, we’ve re-engineered ways of working to unleash our full potential, innovation and speed. We are moving toward an enterprise-wide agile transformation transitioning more of our teams toward iterative and Lean-Agile methods. And, we transformed traditional performance reviews in favor of more continuous dialog & coaching conversations between team members and managers.
We have been experiencing a company-wide transformation, and finding ways to both simplify and accelerate its business model, in order to provide cutting-edge solutions and services to our customers. By applying modern skillsets like artificial intelligence and robotic process automation, and tapping into new data sources, we continue to reinvent and transform ourselves enabling us to remain a market leader.
