To develop leaders, we have an extensive focus on training, with weekly live training sessions and a robust library of courses on our online learning systemThrough our utilization of the DLP Elite Execution System (EES), we ensure that our team members are aligned with their leaders, have aspirations for their future and a path to get there. We have “alignment meetings,’ which are one-on-one monthly meetings to make sure managers and reports are in alignment, and every day kicks off with a “daily huddle” to share successes and actions for the day.
As part of the DLP Living Fully Well-being Program, team members are provided with an account to download audiobooks to increase knowledge, a life designing and goal setting workbook, and Self-Journal to track personal and professional goals. Each quarter, we have “DLP Days,” which bring the whole company together to paint the company vision, solve issues, get aligned and live fully. As part of the program, groups were set-up, which team members are encouraged to join. Additionally, all team members are encouraged to continue their education in their areas of interest in order to meet personal goals.
