Additional Culture Details
One key element that sets Adept Packaging apart is our unique culture. At Adept, whether internally, with our clients or in our communities, we strive to make an impact. Our global team stays connected through team building activities, volunteering events and company outings (vision board parties, trivia Fridays, pumpkin carving contests, etc). We also love to give back to our communities (backpack drive, food pantry donations, blood drives, adopt a family for Christmas, etc).
We have a committee run by our employees (called the Culture Committee) who are tasked with building and maintaining our company culture. A Peer Governance Excellence Award is presented to an employee every month for going above and beyond and we celebrate our peoples' achievements (personally and professionally) at staff meetings, newsletters, etc.
