MLG Capital was founded 32 years ago to establish a new form of commercial real estate service provider, meaning numerous complimentary services, not just one. It started with brokerage and consulting, then subdivision and business park development, then commercial property investment and finally property management. Based on that vision and two fundamental principles, Absolute Integrity and Making a Difference while Making a Living, along with a corporate culture infused with large quantities of innovation, fun and family, has grown from six people in Brookfield to 300+/- and operations in eight states.
