The LCS Wellness Program offers numerous opportunities for employees to participate in healthful events and programs to enhance their wellbeing, like the company's Wellness Walk.
Throughout the year, more than 10 committees ranging from the company holiday party to United Way regularly meet to plan and lead the company's philanthropic efforts, leadership opportunities and social events. Committees are an excellent opportunity for LCS employees to build valuable skills and strengthen their connection with co-workers
