Agape Healthcare is a local, independent, community-based hospice serving patients and their families in the Denver metro area for over 16 years. In that time, we have gained a reputation as an expert, above-and-beyond provider. We receive notes every week, thanking us for the special care provided by our teams, which are showcased on a wall and saved in a now notable collection of binders.
We serve patients from Boulder to Castle Rock all along the Denver Front Range in nursing and assisted living facilities or personal homes. Continued education and learning is a part of the Agape culture. Our staff is not only highly qualified, but passionate about the work we do each day.
The work of hospice and palliative care is meaningful and important—and also demanding. We give 100% of ourselves to every patient and family, so relying on one another is paramount. We are guided by the belief of Dame Cicely Saunders, founder of the modern hospice movement: “You matter because you are you, and you matter to the end of your life. We will do all we can not only to help you die peacefully, but also to live until you die.”
