LUMA Residential Inc. was founded in 1984 and is an Accredited Management Organization as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), specializing in real estate services for the apartment industry. Based in Dallas, LUMA Residential Inc. has more than 160 employees working to provide property management services in numerous Texas cities. LUMA Residential Inc. strives to elevate the quality of life for everyone in the communities we serve, including our employees, investors, residents, and properties.

New employees enjoy the onboarding process, where our corporate office support team, Managers and Supervisors are ready to ensure all training is provided to ensure they are equipped to success at their job. We recognize each other daily for big and little achievements and sometimes just to say "thank you" by spotlighting them in our internal "ring the bell" Teams channel.
