Founded in 1964, Brasfield & Gorrie is one of the nation’s largest privately held construction firms, providing general contracting, design-build, and construction management services for a wide variety of markets. We are skilled in construction best practices, including virtual design and construction, integrated project delivery, and Lean construction, but we are best known for our preconstruction and self-perform expertise and exceptional client service. Brasfield & Gorrie has 12 offices and approximately 3,000 employees. Our 2018 revenues were $3.3 billion.

Brasfield & Gorrie’s culture sets us apart. It’s a culture that values people and stresses solid core values. Beginning with Mr. Gorrie in 1964, our culture has consistently focused on building exceptional people, trusting relationships, great projects, and strong communities. Our growth over the past 55 years has been organic, never through acquisition of other companies, and with a fervent effort to protect and maintain the values of our founders. Thanks to this culture, many employees have spent their entire careers with Brasfield & Gorrie. In fact, as of 2018, 219 employees had been with the company for 20 years or more.
Brasfield & Gorrie's employees exhibit strong team spirit and a sense of pride that is usually found only in small companies. Care and respect are cornerstones of our culture. Modeled by our leadership, these values are reflected in every layer of the company.

Building trusting relationships with clients means we add to our Brasfield & Gorrie extended family, and we also gain new business—both from repeat clients who look forward to working with us again and from new clients who have heard about us and want to see for themselves what it’s like to do business with a company they can count on. In 2017, 86 percent of new business awarded came from repeat clients.
