Good people + great service = explosive growth: a 65% increase in sales volume over the last two years, and 106 new employees in 2018. This growth required two office expansions since 2017 and an increase in the number of field offices from 13 ten years ago to 42 today.

Gary Mitchell, Divisions' CEO, accepts the gift of our "tribal drum" after an all-company drum circle exercise. During this exercise we learned about the importance of rhythm in a group, and the difficulties of both leading and following. It takes all of us working together to keep the same beat.
To drive employee engagement Divisions celebrates a new theme each quarter. These themes allow us to shine a spotlight on issues within the company that need improvement. This particular theme was "all about the base", and was geared to ensuring that our first quarter of the fiscal year was successful. It was a baseball theme, and in this photo we are about to hand out ballpark snacks for a 7th inning stretch.
