Collaborative environment where recruiters and managers go out of their way to help each other, it’s definitely not the dog eat dog culture of many executive search firms. New Associates are assigned Mentors, senior Associates & Partners actively help new Associates coming on board and we happily refer each other business across our 7 divisions and team up within divisions to provide great service to our clients. Monthly team building events and lunches, annual sales trips to exotic all expense paid locations and regular training events help make up a culture that feels like family.
