Headquartered in Mansfield Mass., Roche Bros. offers the highest quality meat, seafood and produce, favorite food brands, fresh flowers, full-service catering, and home delivery. Second generation owners Rick and Ed Roche carry on the family tradition, operating Roche Bros. with a passion for great food and great customer service.

Many companies speak of a “family culture” in their organization; Roche Bros. lives it every day. Roche Bros. offers incentives to reward people for recommending people to the company. Many times, the people they recommend are family members. The family culture is reinforced each year when we dedicate an entire week to our associates. “Associate Appreciation Week” is a time set aside for the company to honor our associates. The week is filled with tributes, gifts, food parties, trivia contests and competition between the stores. The week culminates with a tribute to the associates by their store management team and includes a celebration with food, fun, games and team building.
