Founded in 2012 with a mission to inspire a global passion for Maryland Rye Whiskey, Sagamore Spirit is now almost 80 teammates strong and the winner of over 40 national and international awards for taste and packaging. Travel & Leisure Magazine ranked Sagamore’s tour experience as the #8 distillery tour in the United States, a testament to the passion, hard work, and excitement of the Sagamore team to put Maryland back on the map as the premier distiller of rye whiskey. Sagamore is home to the world’s only 40-foot mirrored-finished copper column still and an iconic 130-foot water tower to hold unique spring-fed water from Sagamore Farm.
