Purpose
Over 30 years ago, a group of friends (who were more like brothers) decided to create a different kind of home improvement company. High-pressure sales tactics and pricing schemes had given contractors a bad reputation. And since home improvement projects are few and far between for homeowners, there was little incentive for contractors to treat their customers with integrity. The cycle needed to be broken.
Brothers Services represents the rise of a new kind of home improvement company. We serve the whole home, not just parts, and raise the bar for other contractors by showing customers that they deserve to be treated with honesty, transparency, and respect.

Vision
The unfortunate fact is, home improvement and construction contractors are the most complained about industry in the United States. It’s not that traditional contractors are bad people, but they are in a system that rewards quantity over quality. They typically juggle several of projects and are focused on finishing the job rather than building a relationship.
A Full-Service Remodeler does things differently by using a new model that keeps the homeowner involved from beginning to end. And because we can do work on virtually the entire home, we are incentivized to create repeat customers through a transparent and trusting relationship. We do this by:
• Meeting with the homeowner and listening to what they want done, then reviewing that project thoroughly with a group of industry experts to determine a fair price and best solution.
• Employing teams of highly skilled professionals, not jacks-of-all-trades, who have experience working on what the homeowner needs done.
• Building a company with master tradespeople who are knowledgeable in different industries, keeping projects on schedule while being flexible and responsive to complex problems.
