Two years ago, our company experienced a massive leadership change. The new executive team has had an unwavering focus on talent and culture. This led to the implementation of several new programs, including: a company-wide bonus program so that all employees are aligned to the company’s success, a paid parental leave program for moms AND dads, paid volunteer time off to underscore our commitment to making a difference in our local communities, benefits for all employees (full time and part time), and 401k employer match. This transformation was supported by new office facilities with a game room, collaborative and interactive meeting spaces, a well-appointed nursing room, and regular social events like casino night and trivia night.
Our core values are the foundation for how we treat one another and how we expect our employees to treat others with whom we engage. We have integrated our core values into our performance management process and our recognition programs. We foster dialogue across our organization through brown bag information sessions led by different teams, company-wide Town Hall meetings, and Coffee with the CEO roundtables. MeS realizes the culture of the workplace is important for every employee. Free snacks and drinks are offered so that you can fuel up to manage the fast-paced environment. Fun events are held, both in and outside of the office. The company created an Impact Committee to engage employees around Diversity, Social and Community involvement. The Impact Committee consists of three executive sponsors and approximately twenty employees. Over the past year events such as trivia nights, a casino night, Diwali festival, company picnics, shuffleboard and pool tournaments, and fireside chats have all been planned by employees for employees. This inclusive environment helps all employees feel welcome and valued. MeS is also focused on helping the community by participating in food drives, toy collections around the holiday season, blood drives, and Habitat for Humanity builds.
