Purpose
While our learning communities are designed first for the children, our hope for every member of our faculty and staff is that Wonderland is a positive part of your growth and transformation.
This handbook outlines the current policies and procedures of Wonderland Montessori. Freedom and limits are an important theme within our communities. Each of us are individuals and no manual can cover all situations. Employees are also expected to be familiar with and agree to the policies outlined in the student handbook. Please discuss any questions you may have with your Head of School or the corporate group. From time to time, policies and procedures may change. When that occurs, employees will be notified in a timely manner. Thank you for being a part of the Wonderland community.

The children we work with every day are the key to the future of humankind. The shared experiences and the connections they form are the building blocks of communities. Everything we do as educators has an impact and the choices we make will resonate for generations. Our vision can be achieved by educating children through thoughtful adherence to the Montessori Method in high-fidelity programs.
