Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Michigan is the largest, independent, nonprofit home health care and hospice provider serving residents of Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties and surrounding communities. Founded in 1898, and headquartered in Oak Park, Mich., VNA services include nursing, social work, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, nutrition counseling, home health aide, spiritual care and volunteer assistance. In addition, VNA offers corporate wellness programs, immunizations and wellness screenings. VNA is also a certified travel clinic providing health consultations on any international travel destination and immunizations.
