With the support of firm leadership and the employee Fun Committee, Stephano Slack hosts one-of-a-kind events to thank employees for all they do and give them a space to breathe and relax. Events are of a wide range ensuring everyone’s ideas and interests are appreciated—bowling and trivia happy hours; pancakes cooked and served by the Partners; Masters Putt Off competition using in-office putting greens and complete with golf attire; Phillies Opening Day celebration with hot dogs, Tastykakes, peanuts, and other stadium favorites; summer baseball at the Wilmington Blue Rocks; golf and pickleball clinics in the fall; annual Thanksgiving potluck and cooking competition; cookie exchange and white elephant gift exchange for the holidays; over-the-top holiday decorating contest with themed departments. While some events are tradition so-to-speak, others change every year allowing new employee ideas to be realized and enjoyed.
