National Consumer Panel is a joint venture between the two leading longitudinal consumer insights providers in the United States – IRi and Nielsen.
By recruiting, rewarding, and providing a representative sample of U.S. consumers with access to our free and easy to use mobile app (or a handheld scanning device), NCP provides the highest quality, actionable consumer data to support the needs of both IRi and Nielsen.

We are proud and honored to be nominated as one of the "Top Workplaces" 3 years in a row!
First and foremost, we attribute this recognition to our people. There is a sense of teamwork and friendship that we often hear simply doesn’t exist in other workplaces.
Through the efforts of our Employee Engagement team, we encourage employee interaction through a variety of activities throughout the year. These events, including summer excursions, our annual “Employee Appreciation Week,” team-building game days, Holiday parties and more, bring employees together, particularly those from departments that might not interact directly on a regular basis.
Of course the main goal is the commitment to our clients, the development of careers and facilitating paths for future leaders. We accomplish this through SMART objectives, 6 month reviews, internal and external training, peer-to-peer engagement, skip level meetings, succession plans and more.
We strive to keep communication throughout all levels of management clear and concise with regular monthly staff meetings, manager/team meetings, and monthly newsletters. In addition, our suggestion box is always available for any employee who wishes to share thoughts discreetly and privately.
We recognize that every one of our employees are people with families, personal challenges, life emergencies and so on. That’s why we have implemented our “Life Happens” program. Whether it’s last minute child care, a sudden plumbing incident or anything life throws out at you unexpectedly, our team knows they can do what they need to do without worry.
Finally, our team is one of the most caring that we know of. We hold many events to give back to local communities, including holiday gifts, food bank and school supply drives. NCP employees never fail to show their generosity during these times throughout the year by digging deep and helping others less fortunate.
We are immensely proud of our NCP family and what we’ve accomplished this past ten years…and we’re looking forward to the next ten and beyond!
