Like most auto groups, we can say that we have beautiful state-of-the-art facilities, and amazing automobiles, but what sets us apart from the rest of the pack is our team.
We have leaders who truly care about their employees, and invest both time + money in them. We don’t want our employees to think of their jobs as something they have to do, but rather, as something they want to do.
We believe in working hard and playing hard, and we believe that the hard work they do needs to be rewarded in a special way. I don’t think there are many auto groups out there that care for their employees the way we do. From our amazing trips to Key west (both for performance + longevity), to something as “simple” as being closed on Sundays (unheard of in the auto industry), we want our team to know we appreciate them and that we are thankful of the work they do every day.
