We are a strong responsive organization that provides hope and life-changing opportunities for people to help themselves and each other.
Mission
We eliminate poverty by empowering families and engaging communities.
Additional Culture Details
CAPLP stands firmly against systemic racism, bigotry, discrimination, all forms of violence, and any acts that dehumanize. We actively continue work with Diversity, Equity and Inclusiveness. We recognize the importance of volunteerism and the impact it has on the success of our programs and annually award outstanding individuals with the "Volunteer Extraordinaire" award as well as the "Dennis R. Heitkamp" award, which carries the motto of "A Candle Loses Nothing by Lighting Another Candle".
