Incentive Solutions prides itself on our work hard, play hard ethos. Our approach to the incentive industry is fast-paced, client-focused, with constant deadlines and a need for collaboration across every department. We strive to always make time for each other, and to keep things fun. We have regular seasonal events, internal competitions such as our Fall Chili Cook Off, and we take the time to celebrate our collective wins and learn from our losses.
In keeping with creating a supporting, collaborative environment, Incentive Solutions has an open door policy. While calendar invites are encouraged, outside of meetings, office doors are always open. As a smaller company, employees have access to every level of management if they ever have a question or need someone to bounce ideas off of. New ideas are always welcome, and it’s not uncommon for a suggestion in a team meeting to make its way to a strategic action item.
