I HAVE NEVER WORKED FOR AN ORGANIZATION THAT REALLY CARES ABOUT THE PATIENTS AND ME. I LOVE WHAT I DO TO HELP OTHERS.

Even though I am not a direct care-giver, I get to contribute to caring for the people in our communities.

I feel like I am given the opportunity to make a positive difference in others lives daily. I see how hard everyone is working to improve patient and staff experiences.

I get to work with an amazing team; it truly makes a huge difference. I also find my job very rewarding, which I did not have in the past. I get to help people in a capacity that makes me feel like I am making a difference. It is very fufilling! I also feel that my admin member listens to me and values my opinion; it is refreshing!

I am able to help patients and staff. We are encouraged to give our ideas to help and our ideas are listened to . I feel I have a voice.

I work with great teams!

My coworkers and managers trust me and allow me to work without negativity or micromanaging. They are there to consult with when I need them when I do not have answers for my job. They move me in the right direction for taking care of our patients and they allow me to take care of our patients with my position.

I CAN WORK AROUND MY BUSY LIFE AT HOME!

I get to work with patients and generally don't have to worry about the bureaucracy of medicine like I did where I previously worked.

I can see the difference I am making in the lives of others.
