Additional Culture Details
CRG’s employee-centric corporate culture promotes stability, as evidenced by an employee retention rate of over 95% —far above the industry average. Meaningful training programs, career development opportunities, advancement programs, and outstanding benefits and compensation packages ensure employee satisfaction. Our high retention rate is due not only to our competitive compensation packages, but also in large part to a management style that fosters trust and supports open communication. CRG believes that our corporate culture is the cornerstone of our retention strategy and what gives us an edge. Compensation is a major factor in retention, however, we have found that it is not always the most crucial factor. We offer a place to belong, grow, and be appreciated for efforts every day. Because we want our staff to feel like there is no other place like CRG, we execute the following activities in each customer setting, engaging our employees regularly:
• Visible Executive Engagement: CEO, Dina DiPalo is visible, active, accessible, and engaged in all contracts.
• Day-to-Day Operations Leader: Customers receive day-to-day engagement from the CRG Staff. This involvement includes the formality of customer and team meetings as well as routine phone and email “check-ins.”
• Company Bulletin Board/Slack: We maintain a very active community bulletin board which has become our virtual “water-cooler” for staying in touch with all things CRG.
• Team Events: We sponsor both formal and informal off-site, off-hour gatherings.
• Company Events: We formally sponsor two events each year which include employee families. These events support relationship building, creates “stickiness,” and enables the entire company to come together.
