Purpose
The BGCT is a youth-oriented agency that promotes decency and prevents delinquency through services directed to providing behavioral guidance and the promotion of health, social, educational, vocational and character development of children.
Programs and activities are designed to help individual members by stressing health and fitness, citizenship, education, inter-group understanding, leadership development, skills development, personal adjustment, and educational career motivation.
