Additional Culture Details
Our culture is something we are proud to say we live and nurture daily. We established the Culture Club made up of a dynamic group of cross-departmental Fintechers that ensure that who we are and what we believe never falters no matter how fast we grow. It is Fintechers and family first, because we know if we take care of our people, our people will continue to pay-it-forward by taking care of our clients and partners. We understand that our most valuable assets are our people who touch our clients and partners every day. Along with taking care of each other, we are passionate about caring for the community around us. We have partnered with St. Joseph's Children's Hospital through our give-back program, volunteering at their charity events, and being on call whenever they need us. Our new Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program allows Fintechers to support their own non-profit charity of choice and be paid by Fintech for their time. At the end of the day, our Fintechers help Fintechers and Fintechers help our community at large.
