Through an unyielding dedication to family values, an exceptional customer experience and ethical business practices, we constantly strive to protect and nurture trust in those we serve, allowing us to expand our services and reach, year over year. At Tacony, the future is bright. Our results-driven growth strategy will be complimented by timely acquisitions in the 5 to 50 million-dollar range, ultimately growing Tacony significantly by 2023. In turn, we see those growth improvements shared with our associates. To recognize their efforts, commitment and trust we can increase the minimum contribution to their retirement savings plans from 10% to 15% individually.
