Roberts employees are very involved in the Rochester community giving back to those in need through the United Way, offering pro bono work with the Ad Council to raise awareness around the dangers of distracted driving with teens texting and promoting the Rochester Lead Coalition's efforts to curb lead poisoning in area youth.
The agency's annual Halloween party encourages teams to compete for best costume and was one of the quarterly carrot party celebrations where the agency shared profits as bonuses with every employee. This has happened now for more than 90 consecutive quarters.
