We are a values based company specializing in the development of for-sale communities. We also develop, own and operate income producing properties, currently consisting of apartment communities and retail properties, in Virginia and Florida.
Purpose
We began providing people with homes more than 70 years ago. Today we continue in the core investment business of owning and operating apartment communities, and commercial office and retail properties located in thriving metropolitan areas throughout the Southeast. We also build and sell new townhomes, condominiums and single-family dwellings in Central Virginia. In all aspects of our business, we are fully committed to superior quality, and outstanding customer service and an ongoing tradition of excellence.
