Omni Service Tradition (OST)

Monthly meetings with our General Manager allow assigned department Ambassadors to directly share both the successes and needs of their area. Regularly schedule all-Associate department meetings allow for the transfer of best practices among peers and a structured opportunity for associates to evolve the service experience.

The Moments of Service provides for consistent delivery of service at each of our properties across North America by defining our expectations, training to those standards, and ensuring constant skill reinforcement through service success checklists.
