Our Culture is people come first and foremost focused on our customers and their experience. There is a strong focus on the health, happiness, and overall wellbeing of our employees. Our culture focuses on perfecting the Customer and Employee Experience and Journey.
Training and Development is another area of focus. We have designed a comprehensive approach that centers around skills development, robust new-hire training, customer experience, and coaching. We successfully moved all training to a virtual experience.
Employee Engagement is a third area. We take our survey's very seriously; we have amazing participation from our employees. From the results, we always have breakthroughs. By staying consistent in taking surveys, presenting results, brainstorming and creating action items, we keep the high performance, employee driven, family-oriented culture we are so proud of.
