The Judge Group was founded as a family business and still incorporates many aspects of that in the current operations of the company. Founded in 1970 by Martin E. Judge, Jr. with a $2,000 loan from his father, the company is currently lead by CEO, Martin E. Judge, III, Martin Jr.'s son. Many aspects of a family run and oriented business still can be found across the 30+ locations, which includes all employees, who are viewed as an extension of the Judge family.
The Judge Group believes strongly in supporting and being active participants of the communities in which we live and work. We invest tens of thousands of dollars each year supporting charities in Judge communities across the country and in Canada, and India. The largest being our commitment to help see an end to cancer through our support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and participation in their Light the Night events across 20+ cities in the US. To date Judge has raised over $150,000 to support his cause.
