For 50 years, Share Ourselves (SOS), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) has worked to make Orange County a happier, healthier and safer place for vulnerable people and families who call it home. As a nationally recognized, award-winning health center, we provide personalized care and assistance to more than 135,000 individuals each year. We offer a wide range of health and social services, and seasonal programs that focus on the persons’ mind, body and spirit to ensure at-risk families and our homeless neighbors have the opportunity to live well through all of life’s stages. Our growing network of care includes centers located in the communities of highest need, in order to provide the right treatment, at the right place, and the right time. As we continue to grow and expand our services to assure comprehensive care is accessible to all those most at risk, we depend on our community to support our mission.
