We have some competitive fun like Field Day, where once a year the whole company takes half the day off on a Friday and teams compete in some fun going back to elementary school days. With snacks and drinks always stocked in the break rooms to go along with Pi Day, Chili Cook Off’s, Cookie Exchange Days and singing holiday carols with the Mustang band, we are a company that likes to celebrate. Our company summer picnic and holiday party are also a time where our employees and their families come together to have a good time. The people here are what make Mustang a great place to work! We believe in an open door policy and a work/life balance to go along with every other Friday off.
