UBEO of North Texas began in June 2007 with just 4 employees. Since then, we have grown to over 50 employees. Telling stories of growth, challenges, and achievements at meetings, both formal and informal, reminds us of our beginnings and our shared focus to be the very best vendor that our clients have. We are proud of our heritage and proud of the wonderful partnerships we have built over the last decade. Empowering our employees and telling the story of UBEO gives each employee a sense of pride in being a part of something very special. Knowing most of our employees have been referred by other employees confirms that our employees believe that UBEO of North Texas is a special place to work. We host a Thanksgiving Feast every year where the company provides the basics, and everyone gets to show off their culinary talents by providing the side dishes and desserts. UBEO gives each full-time, part time, and temporary employee a gift card to simply say “Thank you”. We also hold our Annual Blood Drive, benefiting Carter BloodCare, on the same day. UBEO of North Texas also strives to encourage a healthy culture by providing opportunities to be active. We hold our own version of Biggest Loser at the beginning of each year to help everyone get back on track after the Holidays!
