In celebration of the legal separation of Worthington Industries into Worthington Enterprises and Worthington Steel, employees celebrated with activities throughout the day including food trucks, photo booths and group pictures in front of a historical Worthington Industries sign.
As part of the Company’s Mid-Ohio Food Collective (MOFC) Operation Feed campaign, Worthington hosted a Leadership Challenge event, raising approximately $20,000 for the MOFC, which saw leaders and employees participate in several minute-to-win-it activities.
In 2023, Worthington’s Pelotonia team raised $62,544, averaging more than $1,500 per rider. Since participating in Pelotonia, Worthington has raised nearly $400,000 in total!
In honor of Diwali, the Festival of Lights, our Corporate IT department hosted their own celebration, inviting other employees to join in, with music, games and food!
