RG is a firm of 80+ employees, covering the US and Canada, who are dedicated to subrogation, which is a specialized area of law representing insurance carriers in order to recover damages caused to their insured customers’ cars by a negligent automobile driver, or to their insured customers’ real property. The firm also represents self-insured companies that sustained damage to one of their own vehicles or their real property due to a negligent party (wrongdoer). In other words, our “job” is to shift the financial burden of property damage or personal injury from innocent parties to the negligent parties. Every year, people acting negligently cause billions of dollars of property damage and personal injury, so our clients need all of us at RG – attorneys, claims adjusters, paralegals, clerical, even mail clerks - to be very proficient and efficient at what we do and to deliver the highest quality of service. Recruiting and training the right talent is part of our strategy to achieve that objective, but providing the right culture has shown to be essential to keeping our employees productive and engaged within their work environment.
