The people I work with are generally kind, supportive, enthusiastic and respectful. There's a real sense of teamwork and collaboration among my team and other teams with which we interact. My manager seems genuinely interested in how I'm doing, in supporting my success, and in promptly addressing any cncerns that might arise. The messaging from senior leadership seems to encourage and promote the culture, and they appear authentic in their concern for the Pride.
