Cleveland Rape Crisis Center is a nonprofit organization that supports survivors of rape and sexual abuse, promotes healing and prevention and creates social change throughout Northeast Ohio. Each year, more than 28,000 people, one-third of them youth, find support by participating in the Center’s therapy, advocacy and education programs.
I can make a difference in people's lives.
The work I do is meaningful. It helps people, it helps our community, and it helps society. I feel like I'm part of something bigger than myself when I'm at work.
I feel supported and inspired by the people around me.
It matters. I am challenged every day to solve complex problems. And at the end of the day, what I do matters to the world.
I feel appreciated. I highly respect the people surrounding me. I am challenged. My work matters.
