GBBN Architects is a research-based design firm with a proven record of delivering inspiring, efficient, and sensitive building design and architecture. From our four locations in Beijing, Cincinnati, Louisville, and Pittsburgh, it is our passion to craft spaces that elevate our clients and communities. We find people thrive in memorable settings that evoke joy and capture imagination. We work tirelessly to craft these moments in physical spaces and believe they define the cultural character of our communities. Our commitment to collaboration and responsiveness as well as our dedication to developing value for clients has resulted in a practice built on a high percentage of repeat business for over 58 years.
GBBN's 2015 Year End Circle Up. This yearly event gives the opportunity for all US offices to come together to recap the previous year and learn about goals for the future year.
In our work, GBBN is passionate about creating physical spaces that inspire JOY and we are also passionate about creating experiences for our employees that brings them JOY. This photo shows the Big Drop event, which is a fun investigation on gravity and what happens when various items are thrown from the top of our building. It is an epic event - safety is paramount, all is cleaned up, and laughs are heard for miles.
GBBN is committed to the communities in which we reside. On a yearly basis as part of our “Give Back” program, we select a local mission-based organization to support by completing a service project that makes a lasting impact on the organization. Supporting Cradle Cincinnati, our Give Back this year focused renovating spaces within the Price Hill Clinic: the education/conference room and the room housing the federal Women Infants and Children (WIC).
For over 10 years, GBBN is a proud supporter of Canstruction. The cans used for the structures across the city benefits the Freestore Foodbank. Our entry this year was entitled 'emotiCAN' and won 'Best Use of Labels' at the Canstruction Gala.
