OCuSOFT has monthly team meetings to update the entire company on developments from each department. The OCuSOFT Team also plans at least two company events to bring the whole Team together. The events can be as big as Karaoke Night and Easter Carnivals to as small as Game of Throne Day or Red Nose Day.
