The Evergreen Association of Western New York, Inc. is a multi-agency service group, incorporated as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, working collectively to address the healthcare and related needs of individuals and families living in the eight counties of Western New York (WNY). The Evergreen Association’s goal is to ensure the availability of comprehensive services and programs that contribute to the health and quality of life of individuals and families, especially those in high risk communities, who reside in Western New York.
Governed by an independent Board of Directors, The Evergreen Association is the parent corporation of four nonprofit agencies including four service providers: Evergreen Health Services; Benedict House of Western New York, Inc.; Community Access Services of WNY, Inc.; and Pride Center of WNY, Inc. Fundraising for these diverse programs is coordinated by the Evergreen Foundation of WNY, Inc
